Adding Digital Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet

In this article, you will find step-by-step instructions for adding tickets to your mobile wallet through both the Tixr app and mobile website.

Adding Tickets to Your Apple Wallet

⚠️ NOTE: If your order has multiple tickets, each ticket needs to be added to your Apple Wallet separately.

👉🏻 From the Tixr iOS App:

  • Log into your Tixr account

  • Once logged in click, the ticket icon at the bottom of the app

  • Select Tickets and click Add to Apple Wallet

👉🏻 From Your Mobile Browser:

  • Log into your Tixr account and click on your initials on the top, right-hand corner of the page

  • Select “Wallet” to view your active tickets

  • Find the desired event.

  • Click “View Tickets,” then “Add to Apple Wallet”

How to Add Tickets to Your Google Wallet

⚠️ NOTE: If your order has multiple tickets, each ticket needs to be added to your Apple Wallet separately.

👉🏻 From the Tixr Android App:

  • Log into your Tixr app and select “Wallet” at the bottom of the screen
  • Select the desired event
  • Below the QR code, select “Add to Google Wallet,” and then “Add” to confirm
  • Finally, you can view your ticket in your google wallet by clicking “View in Wallet”.

👉🏻 From Your Mobile Browser:

  • Log into your Tixr account and click on your initials on the top, right-hand corner of the page
  • Select “Wallet” to view your active tickets
  • Find the desired event and click “View Tickets,” then “Add to Google Wallet”

 


Troubleshooting

  • I added multiple tickets to my mobile wallet but only see one. What happened?
    • Your mobile wallet can only display one QR code at a time. If you added multiple tickets from the same order, you can swipe right to see the others.
  • The date on the tickets in my wallet doesn’t match my order. Did my tickets change when I moved them?
    • No, your tickets weren't changed. If you purchased tickets to a multi-day event, your Apple Wallet will show the first day of the event, regardless of the date you purchased. As long as the correct date is shown on your order confirmation, you're all set!
