How to Add Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet

Start by logging into the Tixr app and tapping the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
📱 ANDROID DEVICES
Start by logging into the Tixr app and tapping the wallet icon at the bottom of the screen.
- This will bring you to a list of your active orders. Swipe through and tap the order containing the tickets you want to add.
- Then, a list of your tickets will pop up, and each ticket will show the option to add to your mobile wallet. Swipe through and select this option on each ticket you want to add to your wallet.
Troubleshooting
I added multiple tickets to my mobile wallet but only see one. What happened?
Your mobile wallet can only display one QR code at a time. If you added multiple tickets from the same order, you can swipe right to see the others.
The date on the tickets in my wallet doesn’t match my order. Did my tickets change when I moved them?
No, your tickets weren't changed. If you purchased tickets to a multi-day event, your Apple Wallet will show the first day of the event, regardless of the date you purchased. As long as the correct date is shown on your order confirmation, you're all set!
