How to Add Digital Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet 

Easily add your Tixr digital tickets to your mobile device wallet for quick, contactless entry. Follow these simple steps in the Tixr app to access and store your tickets on your device.


Tixr digital tickets are QR codes that can be added to your phone’s mobile wallet for fast, contactless entry at the event.


How to Add Digital Tickets to Your Mobile Device Wallet

  • Log in to the Tixr app or Tixr.com on your mobile device using the email address associated with your ticket purchase.
    • If you’re using the Tixr app, tap the Wallet icon in the bottom navigation menu.
    • If you’re using Tixr.com tap your initials in the top-right corner, then select Wallet from the menu.
  •  Find and tap the event you want to access tickets for.
    •  If you have orders for multiple events, scroll to locate the correct one.
  •  Tap the specific order associated with your ticket.
    •  If you have multiple orders for the same event, scroll to find the correct one.
  •  Tap the Add to Wallet button.
  •  When prompted, confirm by tapping Add.
  •  Repeat for each individual ticket in the order.
    •  Tickets must be added one at a time. Scroll to access and add additional tickets.

Not all tickets are eligible for mobile wallet delivery. Ticket delivery methods are set by the event organizer.

To check your ticket’s delivery type, refer to your confirmation email or view your order in the Tixr app.

I added multiple tickets to my mobile wallet but only see one. What happened?

Your mobile wallet can only display one QR code at a time. If you added multiple tickets from the same order, you can swipe right to see the others.

The date on the tickets in my wallet doesn’t match my order. Did my tickets change when I moved them?

If you purchased tickets to a multi-day event, your Apple Wallet will show the first day of the event, regardless of the date you purchased. As long as the correct date is shown on your order confirmation, you're all set!
