Customize the appearance of the Ticket - More Info page.
Add Content
1) From inside Manage event, select or create a new Ticket
2) Navigate to the Content tab
3) Add a Description (optional): Include specific details and callouts for this ticket type. E.g., "VIP ticket includes early entry and access to private balcony"
4) Add Email Text (optional): Include sale-specific text to include in this ticket's order confirmation and payment plan emails.
Design your Ticket
Select a layout and add images to the Ticket Picker and More Info screen for a visually informative fan experience.
1) From inside Manage event, select or create a new Ticket
2) Navigate to the Ticket type's Design tab
3) Select a More Info Layout

- Standard - Shows the More Info Background image and any Gallery images in a grid under the ticket's description
- Contained - Shows the left-most Sale Image Gallery file as the primary asset. The More Info Background is not surfaced.

- More Info - Immersive - Shows the left-most Sale Image Gallery file as the primary asset. The More Info Background is not surfaced.
- More Info - Immersive - Shows the left-most Sale Image Gallery file as the primary asset. The More Info Background is not surfaced.
4) Upload your images (PNG or JPG - 1 MB max)

- More Info Background - Displayed as the background in Standard - More Info layout

- Sale Image Gallery - The leftmost Sale Image Gallery file is the primary asset for Contained - More Info and Immersive - More Info layouts, and customers can scroll through additional images if added. For the Standard - More Info layout, the gallery is shown as a grid under the description.
- Ticket Picker Imagery - Add an image to display to the left of a Ticket Type on the event page. Ticket Picker images display when using Flyer or Immersive Event Layouts or in Collections using the List Layout.
5) Click Apply to save your ticket designs
6) Lastly, don't forget to Save & Publish your event
