Notifications allow you to receive specified information about orders via email or webhook.
Creating and Managing

1) Click on the System tab in the left navigation bar, then click on Notifications
2) Policies: Click the blue "Create New Policy" button to make a new policy, or click into any existing policy to edit
*Use the ON/ OFF toggle to turn on/off any existing policies

3) Making a new policy - Basics:
A) Name: Name your policy for reference in Studio
B) Type: Currently the only type of policy that can be created is Order

4) Making a new policy- Conditions: There are 2 conditions to set- Ticket Category or Transaction Type. Multiple conditions can be added to one policy, but every condition must be met for a notification to be sent to the specified channels.
When choosing to filter by a Ticket Category, you will select the ticket category of the sales you are looking to filter.
*For example, if you need to be notified each time a VIP package is purchased, you would choose the VIP category.
When choosing to filter by a Transaction Type, you'll have the following options to choose from:
- Blended Exchange Rate Adjustment (once a foreign currency payment plan is finished with installments)
- Cancellation
- Chargeback Lost
- Chargeback Open
- Chargeback Won
- Disbursement (when foreign currency funds have settled in USD and have been disbursed into the bank)
- Downpayment (for payment plans)
- Installment (for payment plans)
- Partial Refund
- Pending Disbursement (waiting for foreign currency funds to settle in USD)
- Pending Refund Disbursement (waiting for foreign currency refunds to settle in USD)
- Pre-Arbitration Lost (second chargeback lost)
- Pre-Arbitration Open (second chargeback received)
- Pre-Arbitration Won (second chargeback won)
- Purchase
- Queue (queue order processed)
- Queue Expiration (queue order expired)

5) Making a new policy- Channels:
A) Name: The name you want to call your Channel. This will be viewed internally in Studio
B) Type: Choose from the dropdown between email or webhook. This is where the notifications will be sent to.
C) Recipients: Write in a list of email addresses, separated by a comma, or the URL to send the webhook.
