How to Create a Tixr Account

To Get Started:

  • From the Tixr home page, click the menu icon in the top right corner. A navigation menu will appear. At the top of the menu, you’ll see options to log in or sign up.

  • Click "Sign Up." A new window will appear where you can enter your name, email address, and desired password for your Tixr account.
  • After filling out the required information and clicking the blue "Sign Up" button at the bottom of the window, you'll receive an email in your inbox with the subject "Welcome to Tixr!" This email contains a link to verify your account.

⚠️ NOTE: It's crucial to double-check your email address when creating your Tixr account. Any typos could result in an account linked to an incorrect email, potentially causing you to miss out on your tickets or important account communications.


 

FAQs

Can I purchase without a Tixr account?

No- our system only allows purchases to completed when logged into a Tixr account. 

Why do I need a Tixr account?

Your Tixr account is the safest place for your tickets to be stored. Did you accidentally delete your confirmation email? No problem! Your order information is all in your Tixr account. Can’t find your PDF ticket or QR code? It’s in your Tixr account able to be viewed!

Your Tixr account is also a one-stop shop for everything order related. Need to print your receipt? It’s in your Tixr account. Need to transfer or upgrade your ticket? If the options are available, they can be found in your Tixr account! Want to view your payment plan or change your shipping address? It’s all in your Tixr account ready and waiting for you.

If I have multiple Tixr accounts, can I merge them into one account?

Separate Tixr accounts are not able to be combined or share an email address. We recommend waiting until all the tickets in the extra account(s) have been used and then deleting everything other than the account linked to your preferred email address.

Why is it asking for my birthday?

Your birth date is requested to verify age for age-restricted events. Other personal information like your zip code is requested and only kept visible to use in confirming the order or account to verify identity and make sure we are only sending the right things to the right place, keeping Tixr accounts and tickets secure.
