⚠️ When an event is modified, postponed, or canceled, the offers, next steps, and request deadlines are determined by the event organizer. Since each event is privately owned, Tixr does not have the authority to make any changes or exceptions on their behalf.

Sometimes, orders are automatically refunded and no action is needed. In other cases, you may be asked to request a refund within a specified timeframe. In other cases, the tickets may also be made valid for a future event or new tickets may be sent out. Regardless of the situation, you’ll receive an email at the address you used to create your Tixr account with all the details of what to expect and how to move forward.

Why haven’t I received an email?
🚩 It may be caught in your spam or junk folder.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, there's a chance it might have ended up in your spam/junk mail. Please look in all your inboxes and double-check your settings for filters or blockers.
🚩 There might be a typo in your email address.
If a typo was included in the email address when your Tixr account was created, that would cause any communications to be sent to an email that doesn’t exist.

🚩 You may be checking the wrong email inbox.
If you have multiple email addresses, you may be checking in the wrong place.

The card I used has been canceled. How will I receive my refund?
While Tixr can only issue refunds to the card used for the original purchase, don't worry if you no longer have that card. Your bank can help direct the refund into your account. These transactions get flagged to the bank operators who then process your refund manually. So rest assured, even without the original card, your funds are securely returned to the issuing bank.
I missed the deadline to request a refund. Is there anything I can do?
Tixr must enforce any deadlines set by the event organizer. If you have questions or concerns about the event's policies or guidelines, please contact them directly for clarification.
