External customers in Tixr Studio are any serial IDs or customers you have uploaded from your previous ticketing system, or any tickets sold outside of Tixr Studio.
Records- External

1) Click into Records under Audience in the left navigation tab, then click on External. You will be able to see all the order information here and view/ manage the check in.
A) Delete all External Tickets
D) Download Report
C) Filter Event(s) to select which data you would like to see
