Why Can't I See My Ticket(s) in My Tixr Account?

Each event on Tixr has its own form of ticket delivery. Delivery methods can include electronic, shipping, third-party, will-call, or no delivery.

 
If you cannot locate your tickets the first thing to do is check your order's delivery method:
1. Sign in to your Tixr account.
2. Hover over your initials on the top right and head to 'My Orders'.
3. Select your order.
4. You can view your delivery method on the right under 'Delivery Method'.
 
Electronic Tickets:
 
If your delivery method is 'Electronic', you can view your tickets on your Tixr account, Tixr App, or as a PDF attached to your confirmation.
 
To view your tickets on your account:
1. Sign in to your Tixr account.
2. Hover over your initials on the top right and head to 'My Events'.
3. Select 'Print Tickets' on your event card to print or download your electronic tickets.
 
To view your tickets on the Tixr App:
1. Log in to the Tixr App using the Tixr account used to purchase.
2. Head to the ticket icon located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select 'Tickets' to view your electronic ticket or save your ticket to your Apple Wallet.
 
Shipping:
 
If your delivery method is 'Shipping' you will receive your mailed tickets to the shipping address provided.
Shipping/delivery dates vary by event and are at the discretion of the event organizer. For more information on shipping, please refer to the event page.
If you need to update your shipping address we recommend doing so as soon as possible as cut-off dates vary by event. Please follow the steps here to update your address. 

 

Third-Party:

 

If your delivery method is 'Third-Party' delivery will be completed outside of Tixr.

Will Call: 
 
Your tickets are available for pick up at the event's Will Call booth. Make sure to bring a photo ID along with the credit card used to buy.
Name changes and pick-up instructions may vary by event. Please check the event page for more information.
 
No Delivery:
 
If your delivery method is 'No Delivery', don't worry! You still have tickets.
'No Delivery' tickets may mean a delay in delivery or the event is using another form of check-in.
Please check the event page or your confirmation email for more information.

 

If you still cannot locate your tickets in your Tixr account or you can't remember your log-in credentials, please fill out a form by clicking here, and provide our support team with the following information:

  • Event name
  • Order ID
  • Name on account
  • Last 4 digits of the credit card you used on the order
  • Email address you would like your tickets to be sent to
