Promo codes are created and shared by the event organizers directly. As the ticketing partner, Tixr is not able to provide discounts for events.

How can I use my promo code?

To use a promo code for your purchase, type or paste it into the box marked "Enter promo code". You'll find this directly under the ticket price during checkout.

Then, you will see your discount applied to the total order price before you confirm your purchase.

I forgot to add my promo code at checkout before I completed my order. Can you add it now?
👉 We can't apply promo codes to orders that have already been completed and processed. We are also unable to refund orders to reflect offers that weren’t applied correctly at checkout or were received after the purchase was made.
It says my promo code is invalid. What now?
👉 Make sure you aren’t accidentally including a typo in the promo code! Sometimes I’s look like 1’s and O’s look like 0’s, making it easy to mix up and type the wrong code. If you can’t copy and paste, carefully double-check the code you type to confirm it matches what the event organizer sent you.
