About Season Tickets
Season tickets allow you to purchase a package or bundle for a series of events. They are typically offered for sports or venues that provide packages, such as symphonies and theatre.
☝🏻 NOTE: The availability of season tickets is determined by the event organizer, so they may not be available for all related events.
Purchasing and Viewing Season Tickets
Purchasing a season ticket works just like buying a regular ticket. Select the package and seats you want, then proceed to checkout as usual! However, additional tickets and add-ons cannot be purchased together with season tickets and will need to be processed as a separate transaction.

Log into your Tixr account, hover over your initials in the top, right-hand corner of the webpage, and select “My Events.”

Here, you’ll see a separate event card for each of the events included in your season package. You can view, edit, and transfer your tickets through links on the desired event card.

🌟 NOTE: Each event gets its own unique QR code. Because of this, your season ticket package as a whole will not be visible in this part of your account, only the individual events will be.
👉🏻 To view your season ticket package receipt:
- Log into your Tixr account, hover over your initials in the top, right-hand corner of the webpage, and select “My Orders.”
- Here, you’ll see a list of orders including your both season ticket package and the individual events. You can click on the package order to view and print your receipt.
Renewing Season Tickets
⚠️ NOTE: Renewal offers for season tickets come with an expiration date set by the event organizer. After this date, your reserved tickets will no longer be held, and prices may change. To ensure you secure your offer and maintain your package, please refer to the date in your renewal email and complete your purchase on time.
We recommend adding **no-reply@tixr.com* to your contact list to avoid your purchase link going to your spam/junk folder.*

Open your renewal email and click "Buy Now." Your reserved tickets will be automatically added to your cart, and you'll be taken directly to checkout.

To complete your purchase, you’ll need to create or log into your Tixr account. Don't worry if you used, or want to use, a different email for your Tixr account than the one you received the purchase link through—it will still work!

Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the order details.
🌟 NOTE: The email you receive is not your actual ticket. Your tickets will need to be accessed through your Tixr account, as outlined above.

- While season ticket packages are non-transferable, you have the flexibility to transfer individual tickets for the events included in your package.
