🌟 Since the event organizers own and operate the event, they are responsible for making all event-related decisions and setting all policies. Tixr must adhere to these policies and is unable to make exceptions.

You can find the event's policies at the bottom of the Tixr event page where you bought your tickets, in a section labeled, Terms.

Refund FAQs and Troubleshooting

How can I request a refund?

For canceled events:

In the event of a cancelation, all ticket holders will be sent instructions for requesting a refund. Find more information about what to do if your event changes or is canceled HERE.

For everything else:

The Terms section of the Tixr purchase page provides details about refund eligibility. The Contact section of the purchase pages provides an email address if you need assistance or have any questions regarding your order. Click HERE for more information about contacting the event organizer.

Can I have a refund sent to a card other than the one I used to purchase?

Tixr can only issue refunds to the card used for the original purchase. Even without the original card, your funds are securely returned to the issuing bank.

These transactions are flagged to the bank operators, who then manually process your refund. If you have any additional questions about this process, you can reach out to your bank directly for assistance.

My refund request was approved. How will I know when it’s processed?

Once your refund is processed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, sent to the email address linked to your Tixr account.

If you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. We also recommend double-checking your Tixr account details to confirm you are checking the right email inbox.

I used a payment plan for my order. Will that affect my refund?

If your order was placed using a payment plan, your refund will be processed in installments that match your previous payments. You should see the full amount reflected in your account within 10 business days.

My refund was processed, but I don’t see it in my account.

Refunds may take some time to reflect in your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement.

If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, you can reach out to our fan support team with the following information:

      1. The title, date, and location of the event.
      2. Your Order ID.
      3. The name on the order.
      4. The email you used for the purchase.
      5. The last 4 digits of the payment method used for the purchase.
