Some events that take place in venues like clubs, theaters, and arenas offer you the opportunity to select your seats ahead of time.

⚠️ NOTE: The Tixr system is designed to automatically select the best available seats, but you should still ALWAYS review the selection before completing a purchase. The system can prioritize view over keeping seats together, so in some cases, you may want to manually re-select seats to keep your party together.

Understanding Seat Maps

  • The seat map shows all the available seats in the venue, divided by level and color coded by ticket type.
  • Each dot is one seat → colored dots are available seats, and gray dots are seats that have already been purchased.
