Reserved Seating
Some events that take place in venues like clubs, theaters, and arenas offer you the opportunity to select your seats ahead of time.
⚠️ NOTE: The Tixr system is designed to automatically select the best available seats, but you should still ALWAYS review the selection before completing a purchase. The system can prioritize view over keeping seats together, so in some cases, you may want to manually re-select seats to keep your party together.
Understanding Seat Maps
- The seat map shows all the available seats in the venue, divided by level and color coded by ticket type.
- Each dot is one seat → colored dots are available seats, and gray dots are seats that have already been purchased.
Reviewing and Selecting Your Seats
⚠️ NOTE: “ADA” refers to accessible seating for those with disabilities, and accessible seating may also marked by a wheelchair symbol ♿ on the colored dot. When purchasing, please ensure you carefully select the seats that best suit your needs.
- To view the seat map more closely and select your seats, first select the desired tickets and add them to cart by clicking the blue plus sign.
- Once all desired tickets have been added to your cart, click "Find best available in zone," at the bottom right of the screen.
- The system will select seats for you, and the selected seats will have check marks on the dots.
- If you’d like seats other than the ones automatically selected, simply click on any of the other dots matching the color of your selected ticket type.
- Once you’re happy with the seat selection, click "checkout" to move to the payment screen and complete your purchase.
