If you cannot locate your tickets the first thing to do is check your email order confirmation. If you are receiving your tickets electronically they are usually attached in the form of a PDF file that you can either print out or pull up on a smart phone upon entry to the event. The second thing you can do is sign into your Tixr account and go to My Events > Tickets > Print Tickets.
Option 1: Check your confirmation email.
Option 2: Log into your Tixr account and go to My Events > Tickets > Print Tickets.
Option 3: If you do not see an option to Print Tickets on your event card then click Manage order and under Delivery Method you will be able to see whether it is Electronic, Will Call, Third Party, or No Delivery.

- Event name
- Order ID
- Name on account
- Last 4 digits of the credit card you used on the order
- Email address you would like your tickets to be sent to
