Always check your email confirmation to see how your tickets will be delivered. If you never received your email confirmation then please follow the steps below to locate your tickets/the delivery method.

1. Log in to your account at
2. Hover over your user menu in the upper right hand corner with your initials displayed
3. My Events > Tickets
4. Manage Order

5. Under Order and Status you will be able to see the ticket delivery method.

6. If your tickets are electronic you will see a blue Print hyperlink.

7. Click Print

8. Print Tickets
