Ticket Multiples are a way to force multiple tickets per sale with a single click. You can use ticket multiples to sell group tickets or socially distanced pods.
The ticket multiple will force add to cart the value of the multiple. If the ticket multiple is set to 2, then 2 tickets will be added to cart with a single click. If the ticket multiple is set to 4, then 4 tickets will be added to cart with a single click.
Ticket sales when using ticket multiples will be treated the same way as a single ticket in records. If the ticket multiple is set to 4, then 4 individual tickets will show up in Records per sale.
1) Adjust the Ticket Multiple for your ticket type in your event under Tickets > Settings. In this case, a ticket multiple of 4 will force 4 tickets into cart.
