Tixr User Access Levels

Control the level of access users have inside your Tixr Group

You can add or update User Permissions by going to Manage Event > Users.


Master

The Master access level is the highest permission level for account administrators. 

Studio: Events, Waitlist, Pixel Tracking, Analytics, Audience, Promote, Account* 

Door: scanning, selling, comping 

*Master users are the only users that can add new group members and change access levels in the Group Users window.


Full

The Full access level has access to all areas on Studio, but cannot add new users or change access levels for existing users.

Studio: Events, Waitlist, Pixel Tracking, Analytics, Audience, Promote, Account

Door: Scanning, selling, comping  


Limited

The Limited access level can create new events.

Studio: Events, Account 

Door: Scanning, selling, comping 


Support

The Support access level can view and manage customer orders. 

Studio: Audience, Account

Door: Scanning, selling, comping


Box Office Staff

The Box Office Staff access level can view and manage customer orders along with the ability to check customers out, but cannot refund, cancel orders, or download order details.

Door: Scanning, Selling


Support Limited

The Support Limited access level can view and manage customer orders, but cannot refund or cancel orders, change names on orders, or download order details.

Door: Scanning, selling 


Door

The Door access level can complete all actions on Tixr Door. 

Studio: Account

Door: Scanning, selling, comping 


Door Limited

The Door Limited level can complete all actions on Tixr Door except for comping. 

Studio: Account

Door: Scanning, selling 


Scan Only

The Scan Only level can scan tickets in/out, but cannot take payments or comp tickets.
