*For security and performance reasons, Tixr does not support custom JavaScript pixels outside the providers above. We ask that you provide a non-JavaScript solution (ex: type="image" or type="iframe").


WHO do we have integrations with?

  • We have integrations with many industry leaders including, but not limited to, Google Analytics and Google Adwords, AdRoll, Facebook, and Twitter.


WHAT do we track?

  • We can track various fan actions including industry-standard Page Views and Purchases

  • We can track all your events individually, collectively, and/or segmented depending on your needs

  • We can track cross-domain for deeper integration with your site


WHEN do we track?

  • We fire events upon fan interaction, fan navigation, fan purchase flow, and fan successful purchases

  • We fire events in real-time


WHERE is tracking information stored?

  • We deliver all tracking information to your provider/partner in real-time for storage


HOW do we track?

  • In order to guarantee your event page’s integrity and the best fan experience possible, we have a custom-built mechanism to deliver tracking information ensuring performance and reliability

  • We do not believe in simply installing pixels in your pages as many of these pixels can have a negative impact on your presentation, performance, and ultimately conversion.


Conversion vs Purchase

  • For all intended purposes in our tracking system conversion is synonymous with purchase.


What is Enhanced E-commerce tracking?

  • Enhanced Ecommerce consists of a handful of individual events that are associated with a purchase flow.  They are:

    • Adding to Cart 

    • Removing from Cart 

    • Intent to Buy 

    • Checkout

  • EC: Removing from Cart - Only Cart Removal events will be fired/delivered

  • EC: Intent to Buy - Only when a fan is deemed to have the intent to purchase, an event will be fired/delivered

  • EC: Checkout - Only when a fan has started the checkout process, an event will be fired/delivered

  • Tixr Follows - Only when a fan follows your event, an event will be fired/delivered

  • Tixr Unfollows - Only when a fan unfollows your event, an event will be fired/delivered

  • Social Sharing - Only when a fan shares via social element, an event will be fired/delivered

Tracking ID:  Your Google Analytics Tracking ID with the format UA-XXXXXXXX-XX

Parameters: Comma separated parameters (ie  domain=one.com,two.com)

  • Cross domain tracking - Optional

    • domain=yourdomain.com

Facebook Pixel ID:  Pixel ID - It can be extracted from FB snippets as shown below.

Parameters: Content Type for e-commerce (ie  content_type=product)

  • Content Type (Optional)

    • product - delivers event as the product of sale

    • product_group - delivers event and tickets as the product of sale
