Your Credit Wallet is where any Tixr Credits issued to you are stored. You’ll find it in your Tixr account whenever an event organizer makes credits available, whether from a refund or from purchasing a credit package.
Tixr Credits are a form of stored value you can use to buy tickets, merchandise, and other items from the same event organizer. Each credit equals $1 in your local currency. Credits can make buying easier, letting you use funds immediately for future events or combine them with a credit card or payment plan during checkout.
How to Check Your Credit Balance
Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account.
Step 2. Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Account.
Step 3. In the left navigation menu, click Credits.
Step 4. View your total balance, grouped by the event organizer that issued them.
Step 5. Click any credit bank to see its details, including:
- Value available
- Expiration date
- Complete transaction history
