What is an access code?

Access codes (sometimes called presale codes) are codes that allow access to view and purchase tickets that haven’t been made available to the general public.

Where do I get an access code?

Access codes are created and distributed by the event organizer at their discretion. Access codes can be distributed to members of fan clubs and loyalty groups or to residents of the area near the event, etc.

The event organizer will send out communication, usually via email, to these fans with information about the sale and how and when they should expect to receive their access code.

How do I use my access code?

🌟 NOTE: Sales that require an access code can be recognized by the lock icon that will appear next to the ticket type names.

  • To use an access code, select the tickets you’d like to purchase and click the blue “+” sign, which will also have a lock icon next to it.

  • A window will populate where you can enter the access code.

  • Once submitted, the lock icon will disappear and the now unlocked tickets can be added to your cart.

My access code isn’t working.

➡️ Are you entering it in the correct place?

Make sure when you're entering the access code, you only enter it where it says "enter access code" when selecting tickets, and not where it says "enter promo code" at checkout.

➡️ Is there a typo?

We recommend copying and pasting the access code instead of typing it out. Sometimes I’s look like 1’s and O’s look like 0’s, making it easy to mix up and type the wrong code.

If you can’t copy and paste, carefully double-check the code you type to make sure it matches what the event organizer sent you.

➡️ I used my access code, but I didn’t include all the tickets I needed in my order. Can I get a new code?

Replacement or additional access codes are given at the discretion of the event organizer. You must contact them directly to request a new code.
