If you are having trouble loading your event page or desired ticket types:
1. We recommend using a desktop rather than a mobile device to buy.
2. Try using different browsers (Chrome, Safari, etc), and clearing the cache and
cookies.
3. Disable any ad-blockers on the browser.
If you don’t want to pause ad-blockers:
1. Add Tixr.com to your trusted sites in the settings.
2. Go into filter lists and disable “EasyPrivacy”.
