Can I Transfer My Ticket?

*Not every event will have the option to transfer your ticket. Transfers are at the discretion of each event organizer. *

How will I know if I have the option to transfer?

If transfers are available for your event- you will see the option to transfer your ticket online or on the app.
If you do not see this option or if the option leads you to a 'Transfers not available message'- transfers are NOT available for your event. Tixr Support will not be able to assist with a transfer if you do not see this option. 
 
To transfer online-
1. Log into your Tixr account
2. Hover over your initials on the top right and select 'My Events'

3. Select 'Manage Transfers' on the event card
4. Select which ticket(s) you would like to transfer and click 'Continue'
5. Enter the email of the recipient and click 'Continue'
6. You will see a confirmation upon transferring
*Your recipient will receive a transfer offer to their email that they must accept. You will receive a confirmation once the transfer is accepted. 
 
To transfer on the Tixr App-
1. Log into the app
2. Select the ticket icon at the bottom of the page
3. Select 'Transfers' on the event card
4. Select which ticket(s) you would like to transfer and click 'Continue'
5. Enter the email of the recipient and click 'Complete Transfer'
*Your recipient will receive a transfer offer to their email that they must accept. You will receive a confirmation once the transfer is accepted. 
*Recipients of transfers cannot transfer their ticket to another user. However, they can send the ticket back to the original owner.
