To change the email address associated with your Tixr account, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account at tixr.com
2. Hover over your user menu in the upper right-hand corner with your initials displayed.
3. Click on Profile.
4. Click on the pencil icon next to the current email on file.
5. Enter your new email address, confirm your new email, and enter your account password.
6. Click on Update email.
*Please make sure to enter an email that is NOT associated with another Tixr account and do NOT try creating a new account with the correct email address as we cannot merge accounts at this time*
