Can I Upgrade My Ticket?

While we’d love to help everyone upgrade their tickets, the ability to upgrade is out of Tixr’s control.

Because each event is privately owned, the event organizers set exchange and upgrade policies for their own events.

This means that only some events have upgrades available for purchase.

 

How Do I Know If Upgrades Are Available for My Event?

To find out if a ticket you purchased is eligible for an upgrade:

  1. Sign in to your account on Tixr.com 

  2. Click on your initials in the upper right corner

  3. Select 'My Events'

  4. If an upgrade is available for your order, you will see an 'Upgrade Available' badge on your order

If upgrades are available for your event and you would like to complete the purchase:

  1. Click the 'Upgrade Available' badge on your order

  2. Choose your new tickets and proceed through checkout

Once you've completed your purchase, your upgraded tickets will be emailed to you, and your original order will be voided.

FAQs

What If I’m Using a Payment Plan?

Orders with active payment plans cannot be upgraded until paid in full.

☝🏻 NOTE: Once enrolled in a payment plan, the order has to follow the specified payment schedule. Scheduled payment dates cannot be changed and payment plans cannot be completed early. 

I Don’t See the Upgrade Available badge, but I Still Want to Upgrade!
