Tixr Rewards
Tixr Rewards is a feature that allows you to earn points for tickets your friends and family have purchased through your unique rewards link. These points can add up and count toward discounts on your Tixr order, upgrades, or merchandise, depending on the event.
🏆 Rewards in the form of a discount on your Tixr order will be processed as refunds within 10-15 days after the event has ended.
🏆 Rewards in the forms of upgrades, event-related experiences, and merchandise will be sent to you directly by the event organizer. This means that you can expect to receive the details about when and how to expect your reward to be delivered from them.

Earning Rewards
Earning rewards with Tixr is easy! When your friends buy, you earn reward points. Points are earned for each eligible ticket purchased through your personal link. You can share your referral link through Facebook, X, email— any way you want!
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Your rewards link is essential to earning rewards and also very sensitive. If an order isn’t purchased directly through your rewards link, or if the event page is refreshed or left after accessing it through your rewards link, points will not be earned for the sale.
Rewards points cannot be manually or retroactively added to a sale.
Accessing Your Rewards Link
Your rewards link can be found in 3 places:
- On the confirmation page, just after checkout when you place your order.
- In your rewards dashboard.
- In a rewards-related email you’ll receive after purchase.
Sharing Your Rewards Link
Your rewards link can either be copied to share manually or you can share it directly to your socials through your rewards dashboard. The button to copy your rewards link can be found in the top center of the page, and the button to share it to socials can be found in the bottom right corner of the page.
Managing Rewards
Your rewards can easily be managed through your rewards dashboard! On this page, you can view your possible and earned rewards, your points, point value per ticket, leaderboards, and rewards info/FAQs.
Accessing Your Rewards Dashboard
➡️ Through the rewards section of the Tixr event purchase page:

First, log into your Tixr account
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you don’t log in, you will be able to see the general rewards information and eligible tickets, but you will not be able to view your rewards, points, or leaderboard.
- Navigate to the event purchase page.
- Then, click the “rewards” button in the top right of the screen.
➡️ Through the rewards section of your Tixr account:
- First, log into your Tixr account
- Select the menu icon with your initials at the top, right corner of the screen and click “My Account” from the side menu.
- Then, select “Rewards” on the left sidebar.
Navigating Your Rewards Dashboard
🏆 My Rewards
This section of your rewards dashboard displays all available rewards for the event. Each reward is initially listed as "locked" and shows a progress bar indicating your earned points out of the total required to unlock the reward.
Once enough points are earned, the reward status will change from “locked” to “unlocked.”
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:
Each unlocked reward has a limit of 1. Exceeding the number of points needed for that reward will not increase the number of that reward you will receive.
EXAMPLE: If 100 points earns 1 free ticket, 240/100 points = 1 free ticket.
Rewards that come in the form of a discount also cannot be combined. Only the highest discount unlocked will be received.
EXAMPLE: If a 20% discount and a 40% discount reward are both unlocked, the earner would receive the 40% discount reward instead of the 20%.
🏆 My Points
This section of your rewards dashboard lists the purchase activity and history of tickets related to your rewards. Here, you can:
- View the points you’ve earned from purchases made through your rewards link.
- View the points that are pending from recent purchases through your rewards link.
- View the number of sales made through your rewards link.
- View which of your friends has purchased which tickets and the rewards points earned for each ticket your friends have purchased.
🏆 Points Per Ticket
This section of your rewards dashboard displays the types of tickets for the event that are eligible to earn rewards points and how many points each type is worth per ticket.
🏆 Leaderboard
If you are ranked within in the top 10 of rewards earned for an event, the leaderboard section will display. Here, you can see your place among earners and progress toward the number 1 spot!
Troubleshooting
➡️ My friend purchased using my rewards link, but I don’t see the points in my account.
- Was the checkout process fully completed without navigating away or refreshing the page?
- To ensure you earn your rewards, please avoid leaving or refreshing the page during the purchase process.
- Are you sure the tickets are eligible for rewards?
- You can find all eligible tickets listed in the 'Rewards' section on the event page.
- Are any of the orders purchased through your referral link using a payment plan?
- In this case, points may initially appear as pending but will be fully processed once the payment plan is complete.
➡️ I earned a reward but did not receive it.
- Have you checked when the rewards are set to be sent?
- Rewards fulfilled by Tixr come in the form of discounts and are typically issued 5-10 days after the event ends.
- Are you sure you have enough qualifying points?
- Unfortunately, rewards don’t round up. It's possible that you haven't accumulated enough points to qualify for a reward, or you might be expecting a higher tier of rewards. If you've passed a lower tier but haven't quite reached the higher tier, you’ll receive the reward for the lower tier.
- Is the event itself handling the rewards, rather than Tixr?
- If the reward is anything tangible, like an additional ticket, the event itself will fulfill it instead of Tixr. You can check the event purchase page or the event’s website and socials for more details or contact information!
