Why Am I Receiving the Error “User Already Exists”?

If you already have an account with Tixr and are receiving an error message that states "User Already Exists" you will need to make sure that you are Logging in not Signing Up. If you try to Sign up via email and already have an account with us you will receive the error "User Already Exists". Please see photo below.
