How to Update Your Profile Information

☝️ NOTE: Your profile contains personal information such as your birthday and zip code. These are used to verify age for age-restricted events and also confirm identity in the case that you need your tickets resent, etc.

If you don’t feel comfortable using your actual birthdate, please ensure you choose something that reflects the correct age and make note of it in case you ever need to confirm it.

  • After making sure you’re logged into your Tixr account, click on the menu icon with your initials at the top, right-hand corner of the Tixr homepage. Then, from the side menu that appears, click “My Account”.

  • You’ll then be taken to your “My Profile” page. There, you can view and update all your profile information- including your name, the email and password for your account, birthdate, phone number, country, and zip code.

⚠️ NOTE: To update the email and/or password, you will first need to click the pencil icon, as pictured below.

How to Update or Delete Your Tixr Account

➡️ To Update Your Tixr Account Settings:

  • First click on the menu with your initials at the top, right-hand corner of the Tixr webpage. From the side menu that appears, click “My Account” to be taken to your profile page.

  • From there, look at the options on the left-hand side of the screen and select “Settings.”

  • From the account settings page, you can update your preferred language, link your account with Facebook, review your privacy options, and delete your account.

➡️ To Delete Your Tixr Account:

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Once a Tixr account has been deleted, it cannot be reinstated and you will no longer be able to log into it to access any active orders or tickets. We strongly recommend waiting until any active tickets in the account have been used before deleting it.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Accounts with active payment plans cannot be deleted. Any payment plans will need to be canceled before the account can be deleted. Please keep in mind that previously paid installments are not eligible for refund.

  • First, follow the steps in the section above to navigate to your profile page and click “Settings.”
  • Then, look toward the bottom of the account settings page and select “Delete Account.”

  • A small window will appear for you to confirm your choice and an email will be sent to you with further instructions.
