Payments and Receipts
➡️ Viewing Your Receipt
- To view the total cost of your order, including fees, click the menu with your initials in the top, right corner of the webpage. Then, select Wallet.
- From there, click on the desired event to access the event view.
- Find the desired order and click View Order.
- Under the order details, click View Receipt to see more details.
⚠️ NOTE: Depending on whether you have one or multiple orders for an event, the option to view your order could be located at the top of the event view or in the center.
Saved Payment Methods
➡️ Saving a Payment Method
- To save a payment method to your account for future purchases, proceed through the checkout process as you normally would, and before completing your purchase, select "Save card for later use."
➡️ Viewing Your Saved Payment Methods
- You can access your saved payment methods by clicking the menu icon with your initials in the top, right corner of the page and then selecting My Account from the side menu.
- This will take you to your profile page where you can click Payment Methods on the left side to view and update your saved payment methods.
➡️ Using a Saved Payment Method at Checkout
- At checkout, a list of saved payment methods will appear on the right side of the screen. Simply select the payment method you want to use for payment and complete the transaction!
FAQs
Can I Get an Itemized Invoice or Customized Receipt?
No. Receipts are automatically generated and cannot be modified or customized. If you have a special circumstance that requires a receipt with specific details, consider reaching out to the requesting party for alternative options.
What are the fees in my order for?
Fees are set by the event organizer and are standard across the entertainment industry. These may include service fees, processing fees, state taxes, and more. For any questions regarding fees or ticket pricing, you can always reach out to the event organizer. See HERE for more information on how to do so.
Can I change the payment method used on an order in my account?
Not for orders that have been paid in full. Once an order has been fully processed, the associated payment method can’t be updated.
However, if you are on a payment plan, you can update the default payment method on the plan for future charges! See HERE for more information.
Can I save a payment method to my account without making a purchase?
You are not able to add a saved payment method to your account before making a purchase. You will have the option to save a new card to your account for future use during the checkout process.
Can Tixr see and use my saved payment information?
Our system prioritizes your security by ensuring that full payment information is never visible to employees. Only the last 4 digits of your payment method are displayed, and this is solely for the purpose of confirming your order or account and verifying your identity if you need assistance accessing your account or tickets.
