To manage your payment plan please follow the steps below:
1. Log In to your Tixr Account
2. Hover over your user menu with your initials displayed in the upper right
3. Click My Orders
4. Click the event card that your payment plan is under
5. Click on the blue 'Payment Plan Active' hyperlink that will expand your payment plan details
From here, you can update your payment information or cancel your payment plan
